As the world began to shut down due to the pandemic, a dream began to shimmer in the Florida moonlight.

 

After 35 years in the music industry, working with artists including The Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Cher, Prince, and The Backstreet Boys, I found myself searching for a beginning to the next chapter in my life. With the support of friends and family, I found that beginning in Macarons. What was a hobby, some may even call an obsession, I found my ultimate passion. I dove in head first, perfecting each step of my process. From unique flavors, to eye-popping colors and custom airbrushed designs, Moonlit Macarons are the perfect touch to any special event or moment.
